CARLOS Gray

Vincent “Carlos” Gray is a proud native Washingtonian, and Founding Board Member of GOOD Projects, who has established his professional career in the real estate industry with a focus on development and global sales advisory. Carlos has worked on some of the most transformative development projects in the District of Columbia, which notably includes public-private partnership redevelopments such as the sprawling Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg Public Housing neighborhood, located in the Navy Yard, SE DC which is in close proximity to the GOOD Zone in SW DC. At the core of his career in real estate is the heartfelt desire to provide safe and high-quality housing for low-to-moderate income youth and families, and help to improve the trajectory of so many deserving residents.
